
I come from a place of compassion for my clients.
As a former professional dancer I thought being in pain and discomfort was a natural thing.
Through my own healing, I learned to practice movement in a way that feels good and reduces pain. Pilates, yoga, meditation, Craniosacral therapy, and other lifestyle changes helped me find a way to love being in my body. Together, we can up-level your movement practice though balance training, awareness and alignment, so you can love being in your body too.
