Expand your practice with a private. We can combine yoga + Pilates + posture therapy to strengthen, stretch and align your body and mind. I incorporate household items you have (towels, a chair) plus we can utilize foam rollers, magic circles or any other Pilates apparatus and equipment you may have in your home. Monday through Saturday by appointment.
